frame or no frame?	What about the languages in the www? Java is marvelous, however, I prefer html because is more popular, and what I do is just observe "the source" (the skeleton) of any page that I like in the web. You can find applications that will help you to create any webpage in seconds.
Table or frame? It is up to you, and probably it will depend what audience is your target. Some browsers are not able to display frames, so if you want to reach more people, you will have to use tables. It is fun building the webpage using table tags!	table is the question
